♿ Wheelchair accessible

Brasserie Le Marche sits on the Grand-Place of Soignies, directly across from the Romanesque Saint-Vincent Collegiate Church. The venue combines a contemporary bistro interior with a classic Hainaut menu featuring boudin de Bergen, Soignies-style roast in mustard sauce and the regional speciality ecrevisses a la nage. On Saturday mornings during the weekly market, the venue is a favourite stop for an early coffee or brunch.

Accessibility is good. The main entrance on the Grand-Place is barrier-free thanks to a recently installed gentle ramp, and the automatic door opens wide enough for wheelchairs. The spacious interior has wide aisles and most tables sit at a wheelchair-friendly height. The adapted toilets on the ground floor are new builds with grab rails and turning space. The summer terrace on the Grand-Place is reached via a level paved strip.

Parking with a blue badge is possible on the Place du Marche or in the adjacent streets. The brasserie is ideally placed for a rest stop during a visit to Soignies and the Saint-Vincent Collegiate Church. Open seven days a week, with hot lunch between 12:00 and 14:30 and a continuous brasserie menu throughout the day.
