Kinepolis Ghent is located in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, right next to the E40 motorway and alongside the Ghelamco Arena. The complex opened in 1998 and has 19 screens, including a large Laser Ultra screen with a diagonal of 23 metres. In addition to regular films, Kinepolis Ghent programmes opera and ballet screenings, gaming events and sneak previews.

The complex is fully wheelchair-accessible. All screens are either on one level or reachable by lift, and every room has multiple wheelchair spaces in locations with an optimal view of the screen. Adapted toilets are present at several points around the complex. The ticket desk has a lowered section for wheelchair users. Travellers with a disability card receive a discounted rate and their companion is admitted free.

A large free car park surrounds the complex, with numerous reduced-mobility spaces right next to the entrance. Public transport stops at the Ghelamco Arena bus stop with low-floor De Lijn buses. The complex sits in a wide park-like setting that is also pleasant to visit outside of film times. Audio description and subtitled screenings make certain films accessible for visitors with a hearing or visual impairment.
