Brasserie Brisee is a contemporary brasserie in Knokke, within walking distance of the seafront promenade. The restaurant specialises in fish and seafood with seasonal specialities such as lemon sole, oysters from the Eastern Scheldt and bouillabaisse. The modern interior with blue accents nods to the sea, and the spacious street-side terrace is popular in the summer season.

The main entrance is designed to be barrier-free, with a ramp from the pavement into the restaurant. The dining room on the ground floor is spacious with wide aisles between the tables, ideal for wheelchair users. An accessible toilet with turning space and grab bars is provided on the same floor. The staff are familiar with mobility requests and take specific needs into account when booking.

The surroundings of the restaurant are fully paved and flat, with lowered kerbs at the pedestrian crossings. An on-site car park with several disabled parking spaces lies next to the building, a short distance from the entrance. The seafront promenade and the shopping streets of Knokke are a few minutes wheelchair distance away, making it easy to combine lunch or dinner with a visit to the coast.
