The Hostellerie Ardennes is a classic address in Bouillon, located a short distance from the Semois and with views of the imposing medieval castle. The kitchen brings typical Ardennes gastronomy to the table: wild boar pate, regional smoked ham, river fish and, in season, wild boar with prunes or pheasant with grapes. The long-standing tradition of the house is felt in the hushed interior with wooden panelling and the care with which each dish is served.

The entrance is partially step-free. The main entrance has a gentle ramp that is fitted on request; the ground-floor dining room is spacious enough for a wheelchair, although some tables are placed closer together on busy evenings. The accessible toilet is reachable without major level differences and has a grab rail and a lowered washbasin; turning space is somewhat limited by the layout in this historic building. The terrace on the street side is reachable on the level in good weather.

Parking is possible at the public car park on Quai des Saulx a few dozen metres away, with accessible spaces. The approach follows level paved pavements without obstacles. Booking is strongly recommended, especially in high season and during the game menus in October and November. Mention a wheelchair when booking so that a table with good clearance can be reserved for you.
