The Industry Museum in Ghent, housed in a former cotton mill on Minnemeers, brings the story of the industrial revolution in Flanders to life. The collection features enormous machines, textile tools, scale models, photographs and archives that bear witness to the rise and transformation of Ghent's industry. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions on themes such as labour, sustainability and urban development.

The building has been fully redesigned with universal accessibility in mind. The main entrance is step-free thanks to an automatic sliding door, and spacious lifts connect all exhibition floors. The wide circulation paths, paved floors and ample manoeuvring space mean wheelchair users can move through the entire exhibition easily. Adapted toilets are present on several floors, and wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge.

The dedicated car park offers accessible parking spaces close to the main entrance, with a fully paved walkway. Low-floor bus stops are also nearby. Visitors with a European Disability Card and their companion receive free admission. The museum regularly organises guided tours specifically accessible for guests with a mobility or sensory impairment.
